Namayingo District, like many rural areas in Uganda, struggles with high rates of malnutrition, inadequate healthcare, and limited access to clean water and sanitation. Children, especially those from impoverished families, are at heightened risk of stunted growth, preventable diseases, and even death due to malnutrition and a lack of basic healthcare services. Poor health severely impacts children’s ability to learn, develop, and fulfill their potential.

At Kids Hope Africa Foundation, we are working tirelessly to combat these challenges by focusing on improving child health and nutrition across the district.
